Create, coordinate and execute learning strategies and programs aimed at educating& enhancing performance for organizational success.

Evaluate individual and organizational development needs

Implement various learning methods companywide (e.g. coaching, job-shadowing, online training)

Design and deliver effective learning courses, workshops and other training.

Assess the success of development plans and help employees make the most of learning opportunities

Help managers develop their team members through career pathing

Ultimately, you will help our company succeed by training and developing our employees by helping them advance their skills and knowledge.

Requirements

First Degree in Human Resource or related fields.

Minimum of three (3) years of relevant experience in HR, especially in Learning & Development.

Practical experience with MS Office and Learning Management Systems (LMS)

Good knowledge of e-learning platforms and practices

Experience in project management and budgeting

Associate member of Chartered Institute of Personnel Management, SHRM, HRCI is an added advantage
