Job Summary
Develop strategies to generate leads
Develop and maintain productive business relationships with prospects and customers
Analyse prospects and customers financials and make lending decisions.
Attend sales meetings as required.
Address customers' queries and concerns promptly and efficiently.
Follow up with customers on fund utilization.
Maintain required record keeping and reporting of all sales and after-sales activities.
Follow up on loan repayment in accordance with repayment schedule.
Requirements
OND / NCE / HND / BSc in Business / Finance / Marketing or a related field.
1 - 5 years experience in a similar role in a lending company or Microfinance Bank in Lagos.
Ability to work independently.
Good written and verbal communication skills. Smart and articulate.
Good team spirit.
Salary / Benefits
Monthly Salary: Above industry average (N120,000 - N200,000) depending on qualification, experience and track records.
