Job Responsibilities
Respond and resolve customer loan application issues.
Reach out to customers via phone calls with professional reminder of pending loan repayment.
Proper maintenance of customer records
Reporting of daily activities and recovery progress
Qualifications
Minimum Educational Qualification of ND / NCE.
0-1 year experience in Loan recovery, customer services, etc
Excellent and professional communication etiquette required
Proficiency in Microsoft Office suites and Computer operations.
