Job Description

We are looking to hire an experienced Logistics and Warehouse officer to ensure the smooth and efficient operation of the supply chain within an Aluminium Extrusion Factory.

Responsibilities and Duties

Responsible for developing plans to monitor storage utilisation levels and managing warehouse facilities.
Monitoring stock levels and coordinating the receipt of incoming goods and dispatching of outgoing goods.
Coordinate transportation activities.
Track shipments and communicate with carriers to ensure on-time delivery.
Maintain and monitor the accuracy of inventory and timely replenishments.
Report all warehouse activities on monthly basis for stock inventory.

Requirements

Bachelor's Degree in Logistics, Business Administration, or Supply Chain Management, or in a related field.
5 years of work experience in Logistic or warehouse management.
Excellent computer skills.
Highly proficient in Microsoft Excel.
Excellent analytical skills.
Good interpersonal and communication skills.
Outstanding organizational skills.
Great attention to details.
Willingness and ability to adapt to changing work requirements and priorities.
