Responsibilities;


Oversee the daily operations of the confectionery store to ensure smooth and efficient service.
Supervise, train, and motivate staff to maintain high performance and customer service standards.
Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely restocking.
Maintain cleanliness and compliance with food safety and hygiene standards.


Requirements;


Bsc/HND in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or a related field.
3 years proven experience as a retail manager, preferably in food or confectionery.
Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
