Candidate Requirements

Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field; Advanced Degree preferred.
Minimum of (2) years experience in Marketing or Brand Manager.
Demonstrated ability to develop and execute strategic marketing plans aligned with business goals.
Creative thinker with a history of developing engaging and impactful marketing campaigns.
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
Leadership skills, including team management and project leadership.
Experience in crafting and maintaining a strong and consistent brand identity.
Proficient in digital marketing tools, platforms, and analytics.
Strong analytical capabilities for data-driven decision-making.
Adaptability to evolving market trends and a dynamic work environment.
