Job Responsibilities
Create, maintain, and grow the current deposit and investment portfolio.
Create an investable transaction pipeline by introducing the company's products and services.
In order to ensure successful compliance with all regulations and laws, develop and maintain effective connections with coworkers, line managers, and subordinates, as well as with current and potential clients on an external level.
Generate leads, execute them, and conclude new business transactions for the organization.
Perform preliminary due diligence on potential investors.
Develop a dependable client pipeline.
Assist the investment principal and oversee the investment process for each new venture with alternative assets, covering sourcing and due diligence (site visits, analysis, reference calls, etc.).
Complete investment transactions (i.e., draft, execute, and file investment paperwork).
Give clients and potential clients advice on business, finances, and investments.
Keep an eye on the financial performance of investors' companies to ensure early loan payments, and revenue interest payments meet expectations.
Be informed about changes in regulations and market developments.
Maintain continuous communication with investors to participate as an active partner in the companies' growth and risk management.
Compile and present reports on development goals and financial performance for internal use.
Establish, meet, and maintain your business's marketing objectives.
Job Requirements
HND, BA, or B.Sc. in Marketing, Business Management, Banking and Finance, or any related field
MBA or Professional Certification in Banking, Investment, Finance, or Business
A minimum of 3 years of working experience as a marketing executive in an investment company
Must have a good deposit mobilization portfolio and can hit the ground running from Day 1.
Management or marketing would be an added advantage.
In-depth knowledge of MS Office
Knowledge of digital marketing and social media content creation.
