Role Brief:

Create and implement a marketing strategy, measure its effectiveness, contribute new ideas and ensure “Bboxx” brand guideline is respected in all communication channels.

What you can expect to be doing:

Roll out successful marketing campaigns and its implementation from ideation to execution;
Build strategic relationships and partnerships with key industry players, agencies and vendors;
Manage marketing budgets and materials;
Create and audit shop design, analyze consumer behavior;
Design new product suitable to drive sales and meet customer needs;
Elaborate a communication strategy in consultation with the public relation and communications coordinator;
Identify research needs in consultation with the market researcher,
Monitor research projects implementation and propose to the management recommendations based on the findings and;
Design marketing initiatives to drive sales

Description of tasks
Preparing detailed plan to roll out marketing strategy

Writing the necessary budget monthly
Identifying key suppliers
Building relationship with those suppliers

Implementing plan for marketing strategy

Creating through design thinking the material
Testing the material through a few iterations
Sourcing the material
Distributing it to RAM for implementation
Supporting the RAM in implementing the marketing strategy

Recording effectiveness of strategy

Analyzing the effectiveness of each campaign
Reviewing if campaign should be continued or stopped

Suggesting marketing strategies to Head of Operations and Bboxx management
What we are looking for:

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business management, commerce or any other related field
5+ years of experience working in a managerial position
Proficient in Microsoft office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) Basic knowledge in Adobe creative cloud is a plus
