Our client is a coaching and counseling company with affiliation with an international coaching organisation. The company's goal is to help people and organisations be their best through team coaching and leadership development. As part of expansion, the company is now seeking to recruit a results-driven Marketing Officer.
Reporting to the Managing Director, you will be responsible for evaluating and optimising marketing strategies, analysing market trends and preparing forecasts. You will generate new business leads and increase brand awareness and market share.
Responsibilities
Oversee branding, advertising, and promotional campaigns.
Manage the design and production of promotional materials, such as websites and brochures
Keep informed of marketing strategies and trends.
Track effectiveness of marketing campaigns
Plan digital marketing campaigns
Maintain and manage the company's social media presence across all digital channels
Plan and create content
Creative Writing
Monitor and evaluate online media campaigns
Job Requirements
A first degree in Marketing, Business Administration or a related course
Minimum of 3 years' relevant experience
Strong interpersonal skills, proactive and self- motivated.
Excellent analytical skills.
Attentive to details.
Ability to work under pressure and with minimum supervision.
Must have at least intermediate skills in the use of Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
