Job Summary
Building Brand awareness through corporate marketing and ensuring that messaging and marketing are aligned with brand/company values.
Build, retain and nurture long-term relationships with existing clients, partners, and referral centres.
Proactively identify and follow through on new business opportunities with potential clients in the public and private sector.
Writing, preparing & submitting proposals, letters, executing programmes, upselling and cross selling optical products when possible.
Operate the organisation digital platforms, and work with management to create content, optimise social media to drive business growth
Handle Feedbacks, Customer complaints and assist management to resolve amicably any service problems without delay.
Prepare Weekly and Monthly reports that track marketing activities viz a viz sales and measure business performance against goals
Promote desired organisational culture, foster effective communication throughout the organisation and ensure adherence to SOPs to improve productivity.
