Job Details

Coordinating the Nursing department effectively 
Ensuring that the International Patients Safety Goals are met at all times
Ensuring compliance to SOPs and hospital guidelines 
Organizing weekly nurses CME 
Working directly with the Medical Director, Consultants , Admin manager , HMO officers , Quality & Infection Control officers to ensure delivery and improvement of quality healthcare 
Maintaining accurate, complete health care records and reports.
Providing complete prenatal care, including screening tests, and also postnatal visits
Overseeing and monitoring the labour process and advising mothers on their options to manage pain
Identifying high-risk pregnancies and referring such patients to the relevant medical specialists
Providing training and guidance for junior colleagues
Administering medications to patients and monitoring them for side effects and reactions.
Prescribing assistive medical advices and related treatments.
Recording patient vital signs and medical information.
Ordering medical diagnostic and clinical tests.
Monitoring, reporting, and recording symptoms or changes in patient conditions.

REQUIREMENT ---- Minimum of 6yrs working experience
