Responsibilities

Planning & Focus of Preventive & predictive Maintenance schedule follow up and complete the activity timely.
Repair and replace defective components
Install, maintain and repair mechanical parts of machinery and equipment.
Perform defensive repair and preservation of field, plant and shop for mechanical systems and equipment
Prepare schedules and coordinate activities with varied mechanical divisions and sections.
Preventive & predictive Maintenance schedule follow up and complete the activity timely.
Inspect facilities regularly to identify problems and necessary maintenance
Prepare weekly maintenance schedules and allocate work as per forecasted and workloads.
Ensure adherence to quality standards and health and safety regulations
Establish strategies to meet workload demands on time.
Participate in coordination of projects (e.g. renovations)

Requirements and skills

HND or Bachelor's Degree (highly advantageous).
Must have experience in FMCG company
3-5 years proven experience as mechanical Engineer
Strong technical knowledge of mechanical systems
Good team player, good attitude, Hard and smart working nature, highly transparent person
Solid knowledge of health & safety practices and regulations
Understanding of budgeting and performance management
Excellent planning and leadership abilities
Strong decision-making and problem-solving skills with an eye for details
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
