Job Responsibilities


Craft and execute a content strategy to enhance Quest & Smartbanc's visibility across various digital platforms.
Oversee and regularly update Quest and Smartbanc's social media presence (Instagram, Facebook, X, LinkedIn).
Produce compelling photo, video, and written content showcasing school activities, student achievements, and impact stories.
Document and promote key school events.
Create flyers, banners, newsletters, and digital campaigns to support outreach and fundraising initiatives.
Analyze engagement metrics and adjust content strategy accordingly.
Maintain consistent brand messaging and tone across all media channels.
Work collaboratively with relevant departments (e.g., faculty, advisory) to ensure timely content delivery.


Qualifications and Skills


Minimum of OND / HND / Bachelor's Degree in Mass Communication, Media Studies, Marketing, or related fields
1 - 2 years demonstrated experience managing social media for a brand or organization.
Proficiency in content creation tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Suite, CapCut, etc.).
Fundamental photography and video editing skills.
Excellent writing and storytelling abilities.
Capacity to work independently and meet deadlines.
Enthusiasm for education, youth development, or social impact is advantageous.
