Job Summary
A Medical Sales Representative is responsible for promoting and selling medical and healthcare products and services to healthcare professionals, hospitals, clinics, and other medical facilities.
They must have a deep understanding of the medical industry and be able to effectively communicate the benefits of their products and services to potential customers.
Job Responsibilities
Effective detailing of medical products to healthcare professionals within the assigned territory.
Identify potential customers and develop a strategic sales plan to achieve sales targets and increase market share.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers, such as doctors, hospital administrators and pharmacies.
Conduct product presentations, demonstrations, and training sessions to healthcare professionals.
Develop and maintain a customer database, including contact information, preferences, and ensure it updated on the software.
Conduct regular visits to healthcare facilities, such as hospitals and pharmacies.
Develop and implement a monthly tour plan.
Ensure daily / monthly call target are achieved
Qualifications and Skills
B.Sc in any related Science course.
0 year of experience and working in the same industry would be a plus.
Must not be more than 27 years.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong understanding of medical terminology and healthcare industry trends.
