Job Summary:
We are looking for a talented professional with a proven track record in mobilizing professional individuals, digital marketing, and corporate services. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to grow our corporate membership, build strong relationships with existing members, and drive business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
Drive membership growth through strategic lead generation, conversion, and retention
Own the entire membership lifecycle: prospecting, pipeline development, opportunity identification, and relationship building
Develop and execute comprehensive plans with clear objectives, timelines, and tactics to achieve membership targets
Foster strong relationships with potential members, industry partners, and stakeholders through effective communication and rapport-building
Design and implement targeted campaigns and promotional materials to maximize reach and impact
Leverage digital channels (advertising, email, social media) to promote membership value and benefits
Represent the organization at industry events and conferences to build connections and foster partnerships
Utilize exceptional communication and negotiation skills to close deals and resolve issues
Provide support to new and existing members, ensuring a seamless and personalized experience
Requirements:
At least 5 years of proven experience in a corporate organization, digital marketing, customer relationship management, and data gathering.
Must be a resident of Lagos.
Must be young (below 35 years old).
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong understanding of digital marketing platforms and social media.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Strong data analysis and reporting skills.
Education: BSc or HND graduate.
