Mixologist

JOB DESCRIPTION
Prepare and serve a wide variety of cocktails and beverages with creativity and precision.
Design and update drink menus based on trends, seasonality, and customer preferences.
Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked bar area at all times.
Interact with guests in a friendly and professional manner to ensure excellent customer service.
Ensure proper handling, storage, and usage of all bar ingredients and supplies.
Follow responsible alcohol service guidelines and check customer identification when necessary.
Keep accurate records of inventory, restock bar supplies, and inform management of shortages.
Collaborate with management and kitchen staff to create food and drink pairings or special promotions.
