As a Smart & Active Trade Representative, you will be the primary point of contact for building and maintaining relationships with key accounts in various modern trade segments, including supermarkets, restaurants, clubs, and lounges.
Your role is crucial in driving sales, increasing brand visibility, and fostering partnerships within these dynamic sectors.
Responsibilities
Develop and implement comprehensive strategies to penetrate and expand market share within supermarkets, restaurants, clubs, lounges, and other modern trade outlets.
Identify opportunities for collaboration and partnership with key accounts to drive mutual business growth.
Monitor market trends, consumer behavior, and competitor activities to proactively identify opportunities and mitigate risks.
Provide regular insights, reports, and feedback to management on market performance, challenges, and opportunities.
Continuously seek ways to enhance customer experience and satisfaction, ensuring long-term loyalty and partnership.
Requirements
HND in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
2 - 5 years relevant work experience.
Proven track record of success in Hospitality
In-depth understanding of various modern trade segments, including supermarkets, restaurants, clubs, and lounges.
Strong negotiation skills and ability to influence key stakeholders.
Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
Self-motivated with a proactive and results-driven approach to achieving targets and objectives.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, adapting quickly to changing market conditions.
