Job Description

We are hiring for the Office Administrator role. The ideal candidate will be a young, intelligent, creative person with previous clerical or administrative experience who lives in the Ojodu-Berger area.

Responsibilities

Attend to the client’s requisition.
Update students’ information.
Search for information online.4. Attend to mails.
Create or generate reports and prepare memos as required.
Ensure achievement of customer satisfaction including assisting to collate feedback for assessing same when needed.
Promote the company’s brand philosophy while discharging your responsibilities.
Interpreting complex guidelines/procedures accurately.
Carry out other duties that may be applied occasionally.

Requirements

Must possess an HND / BSc Degree.
Computer proficiency and familiarity with MS suites.
Warm and friendly disposition.
Ability to effectively manage stress and deal with multiple priorities.
Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail and a methodical approach to paperwork, processes, and the application of policies and procedures.
