Job Summary:
We are seeking for someone who will support to ensure efficient operation of the office and oversee clerical tasks.
Key Responsibilities:
Maintaining a clean and organised workspace, ensuring common areas are tidy and stocked.
Supporting various teams with tasks as needed, including copying, scanning and running errands.
Monitor and order office supplies as needed.
Assist in coordinating office events, meetings, and activities and reporting any maintenance issues.
Any other duties as assigned by your supervisor
Qualifications:
High school diploma (SSCE), OND.
Proven experience as an office assistant/Cleaner or in a similar administrative role.
Excellent communication, patience, and organizational skills. Ability to create engaging and educational activities.
Capable of organizing and prioritizing tasks effectively.
Proficient in understanding and conveying detailed instructions, both verbally and in writing.
Skilled in multitasking and setting priorities.
SALARY N35,000
