Responsibilities
Oversee day-to-day office operations
Monitoring /Managing office budgets and financial records.
Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth operations and communication.
Supervise office staff in their daily activities and ensure tasks are completed effectively and efficiently.
Develop and implement office policies and procedures to enhance productivity and efficiency.
Compliance:
Monitor and ensure adherence to internal company policies and procedures.
Develop and implement compliance programs related to office processes and functions.
Conduct regular audits and inspections to identify potential compliance risks within office operations.
Provide training and education to staff on internal compliance matters.
Investigate and address internal compliance violations, ensuring appropriate corrective actions are taken.
Track and report on KPIs to measure the effectiveness and efficiency of office operations.
Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
4 - 5 years experience. in office management and compliance roles.
Strong understanding of office processes and compliance standards.
Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
Strong leadership and communication skills.
Ability to handle confidential information with integrity.
