Job Description
We are seeking an experienced O&M Officer to join our team in the Operations & Maintenance section.
The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating office administrative procedures, network monitoring, trouble ticket handling, and providing 24/7 network surveillance.
The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be able to work in a fast-paced environment, and have a minimum of 2 years' experience in a similar field.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee and coordinate office administrative procedures
Assist with network monitoring, trouble ticket handling, and other related tasks
Prepare periodic and special reports, manuals, and correspondence
Provide 24/7 network surveillance, monitoring, reporting, and escalating incidents
Dispatch O&M Field Technicians and track progress on trouble tickets and preventive tasks
Update and maintain records in i-TSM and other databases
Collect data, generate reports, and provide feedback to management
Coordinate with other departments, subcontractors, and clients
Maintain high levels of client service and respond to customer inquiries
Ensure compliance with IMS procedures and policies.
Qualifications
Minimum of HND in Electrical Engineering
Minimum 2 years experience in a similar field
Excellent communication and organizational skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
Familiarity with network monitoring and trouble ticketing systems
Knowledge of IMS procedures and policies.
