Job Responsibilities

Deployment of guards
Focuses on Guards' Needs: Understands and responds to their needs and also meets their expectations within the organizational parameters.
Do routine checks to know whether guards are at their best always
Solves Problems: Assesses problem situations to identify causes.
Makes recommendations and or resolves the problem.
Ensure the availability of mentally, emotionally and physically fit guards to fill vacancies at all times.
Conduct background checks and verification on all guards
Report all activities of guard.

Job Requirements

OND, NCE, Bachelor's Degree or Higher National Diploma from an accredited college or university with a major in a relevant field
0 - 4 years of work experience.
Ability to plan, organize and manage the activities of a team
Ability to present data clearly and highlight its potential for decision-making
Ability to communicate effectively through oral and written communication skills
Must have strong organizational skills and be able to work calmly under pressure.
Applicant must reside within Ikeja, Ketu, Ojodu Berger, Ogba Aguda, Akute,
Magboro, Mowe Ibafo axis.
