Our client, a leading investment company in the Real Estate space, is looking to hire a driven Field Operations Assistant to join its growing team.
The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in supporting the field operations team in executing various tasks to ensure the seamless functioning of day-to-day field activities and work with other departments to maintain efficient operations, manage logistical challenges, and contribute to the overall success of all projects.
Responsibilities:
Assist in coordinating field operations and activities
Prepare and maintain accurate records of field activities, expenses, and documentation related to field operations
Generate periodic reports for management, highlighting key performance indicators and areas for improvement
Assist in troubleshooting and resolving operational issues as they arise
Work closely with field operations managers and team members to ensure a cohesive and efficient workflow
Contribute to the improvement of operational processes and procedures
Person Specification:
Minimum of an OND from a recognized tertiary institution.
Strong organizational and multitasking skills
Excellent customer service and problem-solving skills.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite or relevant software.
