Our client is seeking to hire an experienced Operations Manager to join its team. The role holder's primary responsibility will be to oversee and optimize the day-to-day operations of our client's business.
The role holder will be responsible for driving operational excellence, meeting customer expectations, and achieving business objectives.
Responsibilities:
Oversee and improve operation processes to enhance efficiency and productivity.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless workflow.
Implement strategies to meet organizational goals and objectives.
Monitor and analyze key performance indicators to drive continuous improvement.
Identify areas for optimization and implement innovative solutions.

Provide administrative support to various departments
Process invoices, purchase orders, and other financial documents
Maintain and update various databases and spreadsheets such as customer information, inventory records
Answer phone calls and respond to emails in a timely and professional manner
Perform other administrative tasks as assigned
Person Specifications:
Proven experience as an Operations Manager, Administration or similar role.
Strong leadership and decision-making skills.

Familiarity with industry best practices.
Requirements:
Minimum of 5 years proven experience in operations management, Administration or a relevant field
Bachelor's degree in Business Management or a related role
Experience in Fashion is an added advantage
Strong organizational and time management skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Detail-oriented and able to work independently with minimal supervision
