Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Operations Officer to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for:
Managing the collection of produce from suppliers
Overseeing basic processing and packaging of produce· Ensuring timely dispatch to clients
Managing quality assurance, inventory, and record-keeping processes
Ensuring overall profitability and client satisfaction
Overseeing operations at our Gourmand restaurant in Apapa during assigned shift'
Requirements
Minimum of a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Operations Management,or a related field
Proven experience in operations management, preferably in the food industry
Strong organizational and multitasking skillsExcellent communication and interpersonal abilities
Knowledge of inventory management and quality assurance practices
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
High level of attention to detail
Flexibility to work shifts at our restaurant as needed
