We're recruiting a Partner Associate (1PL & 3PL) to join our team! This role involves coordinating logistics operations, overseeing 1PL and 3PL relationships, and playing a crucial part in growing and reinforcing our delivery network.
Primary Responsibilities:
Oversee logistics operations within your designated cluster (Ibadan, Abeokuta, Sagamu, or Ilorin).
Collaborate closely with 1PL and 3PL partners to allocate and monitor daily shipments.
Tackle and resolve delivery-related challenges such as delays, damages, and routing issues.
Coordinate shipment volumes with partners to ensure readiness for capacity demands.
Ensure precise daily shipment reconciliation, closure, and remittance.
Track and analyze partner performance metrics to drive continuous improvement.
Serve as the main point of contact between MOVAM and logistics partners, maintaining clear and consistent communication.
Enhance logistics processes, including loading coordination, route optimization, and on-time delivery.
Assist in identifying, evaluating, and onboarding new 3PL partners to expand the logistics network.
Qualifications:
Exceptional organizational and coordination abilities.
Strong communication skills and stakeholder management capabilities.
Previous experience in logistics, operations, or supply chain (preferred).
Proactive, data-driven, and results-focused mindset.
Familiarity with logistics operations in any of the specified cities is advantageous.
