Job Summary:
We are sourcing for a Personal Assistant to provide personalized secretarial and administrative support in a well-organized and timely manner. You will be responsible for managing the direct reports’ calendar, making travel arrangements, answering phone calls and managing correspondence, scheduling appointments and proactively making decisions on the best course of action to get the job done
Responsibilities:
Act as the point of contact between your direct report and internal/external clients.
Program day to day meetings, calls and movement, both business and personal and ensure that your direct report is well briefed in advance and reminded.
Prepare daily, weekly and monthly diary commitments and reports for your direct report
Scheduling appointments, organizing meetings, maintaining an events calendar and sending reminders
Preparing facilities for scheduled events and arranging refreshments, if required.
Perform administrative duties such as filling forms, preparing correspondence, entering data, maintaining databases, and keeping records.
Carrying out research on different topics and come out with intelligent and well thought out summaries and recommendations
Draft and edit reports, typing letters, formatting proposals, preparing slides, documents and presentations on Canva for media discussions, speaking engagements and interviews
Requirements:
BSC/HND in Mass communications, public relations or any other related field.
Minimum of 2 years of proven experience as a personal assistant
Willingness of work on weekends when required
In-depth understanding of Microsoft office suite and Google suite and Canva are critical for this role
Salary: N200, 000 Monthly Net
