Qualifications
University degree in Public Administration, Mass Communication, Administrative/Social Sciences course or any other related field of study.
At least 1 year experience in similar role

Experience:
Candidates with previous experience in administrative or executive assistant roles, preferably in a similar industry or environment.
Organizational Skills: the ability to manage schedules, appointments, and travel arrangements efficiently.
Communication Skills: excellent verbal and written communication skills, as they will be representing the Managing Director.
Attention to Details: ability to accurately perform tasks such as drafting emails, preparing reports, and managing documents.
Discretion and Confidentiality: the need for discretion when handling sensitive information and maintaining confidentiality is paramount for candidates handling this position.
Tech Savvy: proficiency in office software and other relevant tools for scheduling, document management, communication and report writing is key.
Proactive Attitude/Smart: candidates should be able to anticipate needs and take initiative to support the Managing Director effectively.

Job Description
Schedule meetings, appointments and organize events.
Reminding the MD of meetings and other important task and deadlines
Act as a point of contact between the MD and clients
Make and confirm travel booking and arrangement
Taking meeting minutes.
Compile, type and prepare daily reports.
Perform administrative tasks, including filing and photocopying
Answer telephones and respond to inquiries via telephone or email
Manage database entry and client files
