Job Description:

Rightcare Hospital is seeking a dedicated and skilled Pharmacist to join our dynamic healthcare team.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the safe and effective use of medications for our patients.
You will work closely with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to optimize patient care and medication management.

Key Responsibilities:

Review and verify medication orders for accuracy and appropriateness.
Prepare and dispense medications, including intravenous solutions, ensuring proper dosages and administration.
Monitor patient responses to medications and provide recommendations for adjustments as needed.
Educate patients and healthcare staff about medications, including potential side effects and interactions.
Maintain accurate records of medication dispensing and inventory.
Ensure compliance with hospital policies, regulations, and industry standards.

Qualifications:

PharmD or Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy from an accredited institution.
Valid pharmacy license.
Previous hospital pharmacy experience preferred but not required.
Strong knowledge of pharmacology, drug interactions, and therapeutic protocols.
Excellent communication, interpersonal and leadership skills.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
