Planner Engineer(Building)

Compensation: N500,000-N600,000 Gross



PRIMARY DUTIES:

The Building Planner Engineer will be tasked with:


Creating and overseeing comprehensive project timelines using Microsoft Project, demonstrating proficiency in advanced features.
Establishing project goals, schedules, and deliverables.
Implementing and monitoring baseline schedules.
Clearly documenting project phases, activities, and sequences.
Producing status reports, dashboards, and projections for key stakeholders.
Collaborating with financial controllers to ensure projects remain within approved budgets.
Liaising with various departments to ensure timely execution of planned activities.
Overseeing project progress and adjusting plans as needed to meet deadlines.
Performing any other assigned responsibilities


QUALIFICATIONS/EXPERIENCE:


Bachelor's degree or HND in Civil/Building Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
Professional certification in Engineering or relevant areas.
Interpersonal Skills: Exceptional communication, problem-solving, and time-management abilities.
Minimum 6-10 years of experience in construction or project planning with a reputable organization.
