Your Responsibilities
Coordinate Materials procurement (Imported & domestic) in line with agreed forecast and production schedule while ensuring precise data on lead times, MOQ/EOQ, and other crucial planning parameters.
Upkeep existing models that determine appropriate stock levels of production raw materials. Guarantee optimal stock levels and accurate safety stock maintenance.
Maintain MRP master file indicating status of all production raw materials and ensure daily inventory review/reporting of raw and packaging materials with proper escalation of irregularities.
Supply reliable data to relevant stakeholders for informed decision-making regarding material availability.
Examine data to confirm that sales forecasts are realistic
OUR IDEAL CANDIDATE
HND/BSc in any social science or related discipline.
Certification in Supply Chain Management would be advantageous.
Minimum 3 years' relevant work experience in a comparable role.
Skilled in using MS office packages.
Exceptional verbal, written and presentation abilities.
Strong prioritization capabilities.
Effective stakeholder management skills.
Ability to analyze business performance with meaningful outcomes.
Results-driven with proven ability to achieve objectives.
