Description 

Report on a daily basis, the positions of trucks in the fleet as assigned
Collect and send TDOs to the logistics Manager for proper record
Execute the loading task as assigned by the Logistics Admin, Inform the driver where to load based on the information of the assigned task
Get the truck out of the loading terminal in due time.
Follow up with drivers while on trips and give situational updates on the position of trucks
Make sure drivers get to the offloading point on time and without issues and are offloaded without delays
Escalate any delay at the customer location to the Logistics Admin for further communications to clients
Retrieve the waybill & Container cards of every loading task assigned immediately empty container is returned.
Engage with the maintenance team to ensure that trucks to carry out assigned tasks, which may be under repair are released on time and the quality of repair is validated
Return of container cards on time
Ensure the driver meets the company-agreed TAT for the assigned.
