Job Summary


We are seeking a highly organized and tech-savvy Practice Support Associate to join our dynamic law firm. 
This role requires someone with the right work attitude, strong attention to detail, and the ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced legal environment.


Key Responsibilities


Provide administrative and operational support to the legal team.
Manage and maintain case files, legal documents, and correspondence.
Generating invoices for petty cash and administrative requirements.
Welcoming clients and visitors upon arrival at reception with a warm smile and in a professional manner.
Maintaining inventory records and re-order supplies as necessary.
Handle scheduling, client communications, and general office tasks.
Assist with social media management and content creation for the firm’s online presence.
Utilize technology and legal software for efficient workflow and document management.
Support business development initiatives and client relationship management.


Requirements


Bachelor’s Degree or relevant experience in a legal or administrative role.
Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
Tech-savvy with experience in Microsoft Office, legal software, and digital tools.
Social media management experience (content creation, engagement, and analytics).
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Positive work attitude. Successful candidate must be proactive, detail-oriented, and willing to learn.
Ability to thrive in a fully onsite, collaborative work environment.
