Core/Technical
Develop project pre-commissioning and commissioning plan.
Review project technical documentation for completeness
Assigns and delegates responsibilities to discipline commissioning engineers for the execution of tasks
Develops and or reviews discipline pre-commissioning of commissioning deliverables towards execution of pre-commissioning and commissioning plans
Develops and or reviews scope of work, execution plans and schedule for third party pre-commissioning works
Develop technical bid evaluation scorecards for pre-commissioning and commissioning works vendors
Set and implement compliance with the Quality System Documentation requirements.
Develop resource plan (personnel, equipment, consumables) for the execution of pre-commissioning and commissioning works
Promote inhouse execution of pre-commissioning and commissioning works and activities
Develop and or review quantities, quality, lead time, procedures, and processes for the management and handover of 2 years of commissioning spares
Identify opportunities to improve performance, reduce costs and maximize use of resources
Review sub-contractor work procedures and perform equipment checks
Prepare technical reports, queries, modification of drawings and implement site record updates to reduce potential claims by clients
Participate in and or perform relevant workshops such as HAZID, HAZOP, Constructability reviews, etc.
Advice the PMT on variations, prepare variation requests, and review variation requests from sub-contractors and client
Ensure the basis of design and all applicable regulatory and client code requirements are met during project execution, commissioning, and handover.
Lead completions and commissioning activities
Prepare and or review FAT procedures and requirements and witness FAT on behalf of Oilserv
Prepare and hand over Completion and Commissioning reports to client.
Provide commissioning support to client during pipeline or facility start-up.
Develop and or review check sheets and completion documents for Projects.
Requirements
B.Eng in Any Engineering Discipline
Registered member of a registered Engineering body (NSE, COREN etc)
10 Years across various EPIC oil and gas projects with exposure to both pipeline and facility projects
