We are currently recruiting for an experienced continental Chef to work as a private chef.
The continental chef is to work as a Private Chef responsible for all food production including that used for buffet & private functions. Develop menus, food purchase specifications, and recipes. Develop and monitor food budget for the kitchen. Maintain the highest professional food quality and sanitation standards.
Job Requirements / Qualifications
Minimum of SSCE certificate
Qualification in Culinary Arts from an accredited culinary school is preferred.
8 - 20 years’ experience as a Chef
Experience working with High end restaurants as a continental chef.
Experience preparing continental meals.
Must be able to read and write in English.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Good organizational and process management skills.
