Job Summary

  • We are currently recruiting for an experienced continental Chef to work as a private chef.
  • The continental chef is to work as a Private Chef responsible for all food production including that used for buffet & private functions. Develop menus, food purchase specifications, and recipes. Develop and monitor food budget for the kitchen. Maintain the highest professional food quality and sanitation standards.

Job Requirements / Qualifications

  • Minimum of SSCE certificate
  • Qualification in Culinary Arts from an accredited culinary school is preferred.
  • 8 - 20 years’ experience as a Chef
  • Experience working with High end restaurants as a continental chef.
  • Experience preparing continental meals.
  • Must be able to read and write in English.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Good organizational and process management skills.
