Job Description
We are looking for an astute and highly motivated procurement officer to assist in purchasing and negotiation activities for the company and ensure that purchased items are both cost-efficient and of high quality.
The procurement officer's responsibilities include maintaining positive vendor relations, evaluating supply options, and maintaining accurate records.
The successful candidate will follow procurement procedures, maintain an updated list of current and incoming supplies/ materials for projects and oversea all and ministrative needs within the procurement department.
Responsibilities
Create and maintain relationships with vendors/ suppliers.
Estimate and establish budgets for purchases.
Review all vendors and suppliers.
Negotiate pricing and supply contracts.
Ensure that the products and supplies meet quality standards.
Maintain and update a list of suppliers.
Oversee all administrative needs within the procurement department.

Must possess one of the following degrees; OND, HND OR BSc.
0 - 2 years of relevant experience.
