Job Overview:

We are looking for a talented individual who can balance the creative demands of product design with the strategic and operational needs of e-commerce management.
The ideal candidate will have strong UX/UI design skills and an understanding of e-commerce platforms and strategies.


Product Design:

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and implement innovative solutions for product direction, visuals, and experience.
Execute all visual design stages from concept to final hand-off to engineering.
Create wireframes, storyboards, user flows, process flows, and site maps to effectively communicate interaction and design ideas.
Conduct user research and evaluate user feedback to improve product functionality and design.
Develop and maintain design systems and guidelines.
Stay up-to-date with the latest design trends, technologies, and best practices.
Present and defend designs and key milestone deliverables to peers and executive-level stakeholders.
Establish and promote design guidelines, best practices, and standards.

E-commerce Supervision:

Oversee the day-to-day operations of the e-commerce department.
Manage and update the company’s online store, ensuring product listings are accurate and up-to-date.
Develop and implement e-commerce strategies to increase online sales and improve customer experience.
Monitor and analyze website performance, traffic, and sales data to make informed decisions.
Coordinate with the marketing team to develop and execute online marketing campaigns, including SEO, PPC, email marketing, and social media.
Stay current with e-commerce trends, technologies, and best practices.
Train and mentor junior e-commerce staff.


Bachelor’s degree in Design, Fine Arts, Business, Marketing, or related field.
Proven experience as a Product Designer, E-commerce Supervisor, or similar role.
Strong portfolio showcasing design projects.
Proficient in design software (e.g., Sketch, Adobe XD, Figma, Illustrator).
Strong understanding of e-commerce platforms (e.g., BigCommerce,Shopify, Magento, WooCommerce).
Experience with digital marketing tools and techniques.
Excellent visual design skills with sensitivity to user-system interaction.
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically and creatively.
Excellent analytical skills and the ability to interpret sales data.
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
