Role Summary


The Product Manager for Front-End Channels will lead the strategy, execution, and continuous optimization of Renmoney’s Mobile and Web customer-facing platforms. 
You will work with cross-functional squads — including engineering, design, QA, marketing, and business stakeholders — to create intuitive and delightful digital journeys that drive engagement, conversion, and revenue growth.


Key Responsibilities


Product Strategy & Vision - Define and champion a compelling product vision for Mobile and Web channels, aligned with Renmoney’s business goals of increasing customer acquisition, retention, and transaction volume.
UX Optimization - Lead UI/UX revamps to improve usability, accessibility, and inclusiveness, especially for non-tech-savvy users. Partner with design to ensure consistency, performance, and visual appeal.
Execution & Delivery - Own the product backlog. Prioritize features, manage sprints, and coordinate across Engineering, QA, DevOps, and BA teams to deliver timely, high-quality updates.
Customer-Centric Design - Use customer feedback, usability testing, and behavioral analytics to optimize onboarding, in-app navigation, and key feature adoption.
Conversion & Engagement - Drive improvements in loan funnel conversion, savings engagement, and transaction completion. Proactively reduce drop-offs and increase session stickiness.
Cross-functional Collaboration - Collaborate with Lending, Banking, Risk, Customer Service, and Marketing teams to ensure platform scalability, compliance, and readiness for new initiatives.
Compliance & Regulation - Ensure all front-end features meet Nigerian fintech regulatory and data privacy standards. - Advocate for inclusive design to drive financial access.
Release Management - Plan and coordinate beta rollouts, production deployments, and emergency hotfixes in collaboration with DevOps and QA.
Product Analytics - Define and monitor KPIs — including activation, MAU/WAU, churn, drop-off points — using tools like Firebase, Mixpanel, and Google Analytics.


Requirements


Bachelor’s in Computer Science, Engineering, Finance, or related field. MBA or Product certifications (e.g., Pragmatic, AIPMM) is a plus.
5+ years of Product Management experience in fintech or digital banking; 3+ years managing mobile/web platforms with proven outcomes in user growth and engagement.
Technical Exposure - Understanding of REST APIs, mobile/web architecture, analytics integration, and Agile methodologies.
Tools Proficiency - JIRA, Confluence, Figma, Miro, Productboard (or equivalent), Firebase/Mixpanel, Google Analytics. SQL is a plus.
Soft Skills - Strong ownership mindset, analytical thinking, storytelling ability, cross-functional leadership, and stakeholder influence at C-level.
