We are seeking to hire production manager with working experience in the use of plastic injection molding machine.

Job Responsibilities


Oversee daily production operations
Implement effective cost reduction measures
Develop and implement effective production plan to meet set goals and deadlines
Identify and resolve production related issues promptly
Inspect quality of finished products to ensure they meet specified standard and customer expectations
Manage team of production workers


Requirements


HND/BSC in mechanical, Electrical/Electronics or production engineering.
3yrs minimum working experience in the operation and maintenance of plastic injection molding machine
Experience in automation a plus
Good leadership and management qualities
