Job Summary
We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Program Manager to drive collaboration and efficiency between our customer success and engineering teams.
This role is critical in ensuring seamless task tracking, robust documentation, strong inter-team communication, and optimized workflows.
The ideal candidate will have a solid background in technical coordination, IT administration(A PLUS), and cross-functional team management.
Key Responsibilities
Technical Documentation:
Collaborate with engineering and customer success teams to produce and maintain comprehensive, up-to-date technical documentation.
Ensure all documentation adheres to industry standards and reflects current system implementations.
Task Tracking:
Manage the Trello board to coordinate and monitor tasks across engineering and customer success.
Facilitate regular updates and ensure alignment with project timelines and company objectives.
Communication:
Establish and manage internal communication channels such as Slack to support collaboration.
Act as a liaison between technical and non-technical teams, fostering understanding and clarity across functions.
IT Administration:
Oversee internal IT infrastructure and promptly address any issues that arise.
Coordinate with external vendors for specialized IT services and maintenance.
Reporting and Analysis:
Produce regular progress reports on engineering and customer success initiatives.
Provide data-driven insights to the Managing Partner to inform strategic decisions.
Workflow Optimization:
Continuously assess and enhance workflows for efficiency and productivity.
Identify and resolve process bottlenecks in collaboration with team leads.
Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
2 years of experience in program or project management, preferably in a tech-driven environment.
Strong understanding of project management tools (e.g., Trello, Asana) and communication platforms (e.g., Slack).
Proven ability to manage cross-functional teams and complex workflows.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Experience with IT administration or coordination is a plus.
