Duties/Responsibilities:
In this role, you will -
Conduct regular program monitoring, evaluation, documentation, and clear reporting on the progress of program implementation against indicators and targets and determine corrective measures to improve program delivery.
Manage a diverse program and agile team to ensure delivery of agreed deliverables, technical curriculum, plans, and strategies as per company policies, procedures, and standards
Provide accurate and timely reports of program status throughout its lifecycle.
Ensure program activities are on track, including developing and implementing solutions as necessary.
Conduct capacity building and/ or mentoring activities for program staff as required.
Facilitate team building and cohesive working amongst team members.
Review and support the elaboration of program documents and reports
Provide feedback to the program team to ensure optimal performance;
Organize programs and activities in accordance with Decagon’s mission and vision.
Develop new programs to support the strategic direction of Decagon.
Qualification Required:
Bachelor’s or Master's degree (preferably in Human Resources/ Business Administration/ Project Management or related field)
5+ years of relevant experience in Learning and Development.
Thorough understanding of program management techniques and methodologies.
Practical experience working in a tech-driven academic environment (Preferred).
Collaborative with the ability to manage multiple concurrent projects, while maintaining a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
Strong leadership and interpersonal skills - should have a strategic mindset as well as be able to lead and develop others.
Excellent communication skills.
An analytical mindset with great problem-solving abilities.
High emotional intelligence.
Working knowledge of MS Office and Program Management software (e.g. Basecamp, MS Project, etc.)
