Role Description
This is a 3 months contract, on-site role for a Project Architect located in Lagos State, Nigeria. The Project Architect will be responsible for overseeing the design and implementation of architectural projects, construction site inspection, coordinating project teams, and ensuring that projects are completed on time and within budget.
Qualifications

Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and other architectural design software
Minimum of 5 years Experience.
Construction site experience highly prefered.
Strong communication and project management skills
Experience in architectural project planning, design development, and construction documentation
Bachelor\\'s or Master\\'s degree in Architecture or related field
Knowledge of building codes, zoning regulations, and construction processes
Ability to work effectively in a team environment and collaborate with project stakeholders
Demonstrated experience in overseeing architectural projects from conception to completion

Salary: N350,000
