Project Planning and Execution:

Collaborate with project managers to develop detailed project plans.

Communication and Stakeholder Management:

Serve as the primary point of contact for project-related communications.
Liaise with internal teams, subcontractors, and stakeholders to ensure clear and effective communication.
Prepare regular project status reports and updates.

Documentation and Reporting:

Maintain accurate project documentation, including schedules, budgets, and reports.
Prepare comprehensive project reports for management review.
Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company policies.

Resource Management:

Assist in resource allocation and scheduling to optimize project efficiency.
Coordinate with procurement for the timely acquisition of materials and services.
Monitor and control project budgets to ensure financial objectives are met.

Quality Assurance:

Implement quality assurance processes to meet project specifications.
Conduct regular inspections and quality checks to ensure adherence to standards.

Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field.
Minimum of 2 years of experience in project coordination, preferably in oil remediation or a related field.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
Proficiency in project management tools and software.
