JOB DUTIES / DESCRIPTION

Prepare project charter/governance document and create project office and project team.
Do stakeholder mapping and understand each person\'s role within the project lifecycle using RACIE model
Create long and short-term plans, including scheduling, setting targets for milestones, and adhering to deadlines.
Create project budget and ensure cost effectiveness of the project implementation.

QUALIFICATION / TECHNICAL REQUIREMENTS

Bsc in Business, or related field is required
Ability to formulate policies,procedures, rules, and regulations.
Ability to manage projects and ability to evaluate and implement changes in programs.
Ability to organise, evaluate, and present and communicate information effectively, both orally and in writing
Ability to work independently within frameworks, policies and budgets.
Creative ability to understand business needs and connect to target sponsor requirement.
Strong leadership, organizing and self-management capabilities.
