Responsibilities

You should be comfortable working on multiple projects simultaneously
Work closely with product managers to define requirements and develop detailed test plans and test scenarios (both positive and negative path scenarios).
Create detailed, comprehensive, and well-structured test plans and test cases
Execute automated testing where applicable.
Develop and execute exploratory and automated tests to ensure product quality
Detecting and Logging defects, bugs, wrong outcomes when a product does not perform within specifications as defined in the user story while also recommending solutions and improvements.
Track quality assurance metrics, like defect densities and open defect counts
Stay up-to-date with new testing tools and test strategies to the benefit of the products.

Competencies:

Have strong knowledge of software QA methodologies, tools, and processes
Proven work experience in software testing
Good knowledge of any testing tools (Postman, Selenium, Cucumber…)
Have solid knowledge of SQL and scripting (performance and/or security testing is a plus)
Experience with test management tools (Jira and the likes)
Strong oral and written communication skills and the ability to clearly articulate to all project members and stakeholders.
Pays meticulous attention to detail.

Self-motivated and willing to learn.
