As the Quality Assurance Manager, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that our products meet the highest quality and compliance standards.
You will be responsible for developing and implementing quality assurance policies and procedures, overseeing quality control processes, and driving continuous improvement initiatives throughout the organization.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement quality assurance policies and procedures to ensure compliance with industry standards, regulations, and customer requirements.
Establish quality control processes and procedures for product testing, inspection, and evaluation.
Lead a team, providing guidance, support, and training as needed.
Oversee the inspection of raw materials received by the inventory.
Collaborate with suppliers to ensure their supplies meet the company’s quality standards.
Oversee the testing and inspection of raw materials and finished goods to ensure they meet the quality standards of the company.
Conduct regular audits and inspections to assess quality performance and identify areas for improvement.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including production and Inventory, to address quality issues and implement corrective actions.
Analyze quality data and metrics to track performance, identify trends, and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
Manage customer complaints and quality incidents, ensuring timely resolution and effective stakeholder communication.
Stay up-to-date on industry trends, best practices, and regulatory requirements related to quality assurance and incorporate them into the company's processes and procedures.
Prepare reports and presentations on quality performance for management review and decision-making.
Foster a culture of quality excellence and continuous improvement throughout the organization.
Qualifications
Master's Degree in Quality Management, Food Science, or a related field.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in quality assurance or quality control roles, with at least 2 years in a managerial or leadership position.
Strong knowledge of quality management principles, methodologies, and tools (e.g., ISO standards).
Proven experience developing and implementing quality assurance policies, procedures, and systems.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex data and make data-driven decisions.
