Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Quantity Surveyor at DESCON Engineering Limited located in Port Harcourt.
The Quantity Surveyor will be responsible for tasks such as cost control, preparing Bill of Quantities (BOQ), cost management, cost planning, and cost reporting.
The Quantity Surveyor will work closely with the project team to ensure adherence to project budgets and provide accurate cost estimates.

Qualifications

Strong expertise in cost control, cost management, and cost planning
Experience in preparing Bill of Quantities (BOQ) and cost reporting
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
Knowledge of industry standards and regulations
Attention to detail and excellent numerical skills
Effective communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work well in a team and meet deadlines
Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying or related field
Professional certification in Quantity Surveying is a plus
