Responsibilities;
Forecasting the cost of the different materials needed for projects.
Preparing documents, contracts, budgets, bills of quantities, interim valuation, interim payment certificates and other documents.
Tracking changes to the design and/or subcontractors who work on the construction of the project.
Liaising with the client and other construction professionals, such as site managers, project managers and site engineers.
Carrying out all other tasks in the ordinary course of business which the management reasonably consider necessary or proper in the interest of the company.
Requirements;
Minimum of BSc or HND in Quantity Surveying
Minimum of three years’ experience in practice
Excellent in measurement and valuation
Excellent in material estimation.
