Responsibilities
Responsible for marketing the company's products through traditional and non-traditional marketing.
Maintain updated knowledge of all products and services
Liaise with Sales and Marketing teams to optimize customer experience and ensure brand consistency
Resolve customer complaints by investigating problems; developing solutions; preparing reports; making recommendations to management.
Commit to personal development and keep abreast of industry trends by attending workshops; and participating in professional societies.
Ensure individual targets and that of the team is met and exceeded.
Requirements
B.Sc. or HND holder in any discipline
Minimum of 2 years experience as a Direct Sales Agent in any commercial bank.
Ability to generate sales leads from field and online
Proven track record of achieving sales quotas
Strong leadership abilities
Excellent good writing, communication, interpersonal and customer service skills
Possess interpersonal skills, including the ability to build rapport with prospects and existing customers
