Job Description

Source private & public contracts for the company
Identifying bid submission opportunities through market research
Identifying opportunities for tender proposals
Write standard proposals as required by each bid
Developing and executing bid strategies that align with company goals
Identifying new business opportunities by monitoring public & private tender portals
Managing bidding budgets,resources, and timelines to ensure on-time and high-quality proposal submissions
Manage contracts from first bid stage to closing/completion
Stay up to date on industry trends, market insights, and emerging best practices in bid management
Negotiating contracts in the favor of the organization
Ensuring all deadlines are met

Job Requirements

HND or B.Sc in Business Administration or a related field.
5+ years of experience as a bid manager or similar role
Experience in managing bids for complex projects or large-scale contracts
Knowledge of Nigerian Government procurement processes and regulations
Strong understanding of the bid lifecycle, proposal writing, development and contract negotiation
Demonstrated success in winning bids through effective proposal management
Attention to details and high accuracy in bid preparation and review.
